Welcome to our Bereavement Community.
The purpose of the community is to help people
like you who have lost a loved one with mutual
support, advice and encouragement. The community
is completely free.
You will, however, need to be registered as a
member of our Bereavement Community in order to
access our Chatroom discussions and to submit Views
and news.
If your loved one was registered in Planning Ahead
or if you registered in the Next of Kin section
then you are already registered as a member. All
you need to do is sign in when you enter the chatroom,
submit views and news, or ask a question, using
the appropriate email and unique password.
Otherwise, you will need to register in the Join
our community section below.This is a simple and
straightforward process. |

Chatroom
After the death of your loved one, you will usually
have the support of your family and friends to
help you cope with your loss. In the early stages
of grief this is the best form of support.
However, there often comes a time when family
and friends have to get on with their own lives.
You may well be left feeling very lonely and miserable.
This may make it even harder to come to terms
with your grief and loss.
We want our community to be somewhere that you
can meet with other people in the same situation
for mutual support and encouragement.
We are particularly keen that members of the community
see the Chatroom as their forum. We think this
is the way to ensure that the community develops
and grows in ways that best suit the members.
We will be involved in the Chatroom in an editorial
capacity but will endeavour to ensure that this
involvement is kept to a minimum at all times.
